However, up to 37 per cent of bingo winners don’t let their other half know when a big bingo win comes around, so the fireworks in the bedroom may come as a mystery to some!
Bingo is certain proving popular according to the Mecca Bingo survey, which found that more than a third of players were more excited by a game of bingo than by their partner.
Even more worryingly for the partners of bingo players is the news that one in four bingo-ers would leave their partner if they won more than £25,000.
Perhaps then, the best advice for those whose loved ones enjoy bingo is to hope for a big win – but not too big!
