I’m always excited to investigate any new bingo site when it launches and I’m sure WhichBingo readers are too (I hope so, or I’m wasting my time telling you about them, lol).
Sometimes though it would appear that new online bingo sites may just rush a little too much to get their product to market. Popstars Bingo could have a little bit of an issue that seems to be caused by lack of communication at the site, but which could have an impact on customer numbers.
Some players have had issues with registration at Popstars and have not been too happy with the level of service they have received when raising a query.
From an unhelpful e-mail reply they then contact Customer Services, who claim to have no idea about the existence of a Popstars Bingo and a tendency to terminate the call with no further assistance given.
This will likely mean that the unhappy customer that had the problem will not pursue the matter and will find somewhere else to play.
Now the Popstars Bingo proprietors are old hands at the bingo game and should know better. For a simple internal communication to ensure that their customer service operatives know all the sites that are operational as soon as they go live and for the want of better training to ensure no customer goes away unhappy, let alone on a terminated call, player numbers could be even better than they already are.
The people behind Popstars Bingo are pioneers of live bingo calling with successes such as Shootjack Bingo and Bingo Hour behind them, so it is surely the case that this is a simple oversight in the excitement of a new bingo site launch.
I’ve had some fun at Popstars Bingo and it would be a shame if others missed out.
