It’s hard for an online bingo site to make itself stand out from the crowd and it’s even harder to impress me as a player, given that I look at dozens of bingo sites every day for the benefit of the WhichBingo pages. However, this week one site has really won my admiration by doing something I have never seen before.
I loved Rehab Bingo from the second I joined last year when they said they were offering a version for players that wanted to play in sterling, as this is an Irish online bingo site which plays mainly in Euros and which has a strong Irish community. For Irish you can also read friendly and the non networked rooms at Rehab Bingo are very well attended and are a riot most of the time.
Anyway, my husband also joined the site and he played last week and I didn’t. For those that don’t know, there is a free bingo session that takes place on a Monday night from 9pm to 10pm and every pot is £100. Everyone that spends £20 or more the week before gets an invite.
In this instance he missed out on his free bingo session this week as he was working late. That’s that you might think, tough luck. He was gutted because 10 chances to win a share of £100 is not be be sneered at. But this is Rehab Bingo and do you know what happened next? He got an e-mail from the friendly Helen at Rehab offering the chance to play next Monday instead if there was a good reason he missed out!
He e-mailed back telling her what happened and now he will get an invite to next Monday’s session without having to spend any more money.
Now that’s what I call customer service and a great way to impress players and ensure that they come back. A perfect example, in fact, of why this site has such a loyal player base.
