The one where Rogers Bingo doesn’t want my money

There are many things that can make or break an online bingo site in my opinion, but one of the biggest areas that many get wrong is with regard to the cashier and relates to depositing and withdrawing.

How hard should it be to make a deposit. Well, the answer is it shouldn’t be hard at all, but just recently I made three attempts to make a deposit at Rogers Bingo and failed miserably!

Rogers Bingo really appears to have issues with its depositing system and with its whole bonus and payout system too. The chat hosts are constantly having to field questions about how it all works, but even after reading the answers not many people are much wiser.

This site gives away loads of bingo bonus funds and it is a unique site with some unique games and great prizes. However the rules are such that it is extremely difficult to start earning cashable money and to get to the withdrawal limit, but one thing is clear and that is that it is necessary to have made a deposit within 45 days of wanting to withdraw.

So, having almost £100 in bingo bonus that I have somehow accumulated, even though it is not a site I have visited that often, I thought I better make that deposit ‘just in case’ the big one came my way (some hope!!).

Now I’ve heard people complain about having to provide id before withdrawing, but believe me it’s far more off-putting to have to jump through hoops to deposit with a debit card for the first time. Rogers wanted a form completing, printing off, signing and sending back to them with id before I could use my card. I really could not be bothered.

I thought I would use my Skrill Moneybookers account, but my card on that had expired. I updated the details, but couldn’t get that past the Rogers Bingo security systems either – so all in all that’s a £30 deposit that I then made at X Bingo instead (and won £80 with I may add).

As far as Rogers Bingo is concerned I will be just playing for fun with those bonus funds and if that’s a pattern that’s being repeated with a lot of the players there that’s a lot of money they are missing out on.
