Well, it’s here. Not too sure if I’m excited or apprehensive, but tonight I am taking the plunge and going to see the Boyle Bingo sponsored Dream Idols on their UK tour.
You wouldn’t have dragged me there for all the tea in china if there wasn’t a bingo element involved, but I’m sure that’s exactly the feeling that Boyle Bingo are hoping will spread through all the ladyfolk in the land to bring them to wider attention. You would think that getting a write up on WhichBingo would be enough, right? But it seems not.
In a perfectly timed tour, with the popularity that the film Magic Mike has brought to the male scantily clad dancer genre (alright, strippers), the Dream Idols with the help of Boyle Bingo are touring the country and performing in Oceana nightclubs in various cities.
I’ll be doing my duty for WhichBingo and I’ll be right there at the front to see what all the fuss is about and will let you all know about it on Monday, hangover permitting, lol. I’ll need a stiff drink just to get me through the doors – I thought my nightclub days were behind me. It was bad enough being in amongst the beautiful people when I was the same age as them – now that I can give them a few years I’m anticipating some funny looks, that’s for sure.
Not to worry, I’m sure it will be great fun, just like the Boyle Bingo site itself. It doesn’t take itself too seriously either and I think that’s probably why I like it.
