Independent reviews help people to make an informed decision about where best to spend their money. Not all are objective it's fair to say. Many people like to have a rant when they have had a run of bad luck or a bad experience at a site, but readers know that these are often just one off dramas and they do make for interesting reading.
If someone says they have given a dislike because the slot games are no good, bingo players that don't use slots would still get value from the comments about the bingo and may go and check it out.
