Marriage proposed online at FreeBingo UK

A FreeBingo.co.uk player has proposed to his favourite online bingo chat host and a wedding is now being planned.

Regular bingo player 'daddybear1' contacted the manager at popular bingo site FreeBingo UK to ask permission to propose to chat host 'cuckoo2286' during the site's Prize Hour on Friday 12th March. FreeBingo UK is where they first met and where the relationship first blossomed.

Permission was happily given and 'daddybear1' let all his friends know what was about to happen so they could all join in on the moment. Many logged in to the bingo site to witness the event and the proposal read: "I wanted to do this in FreeBingo as this is where I met my partner. Kath Cuckoo Spencer I am asking you if you will do the honours of becoming my wife."

However, all was nearly lost as at the very moment the proposal flashed on screen a full house was called. Many roomies were saying WDW and the proposal disappeared from view in a flash.

FreeBingo UK's CM Wayne came to the rescue and told everyone what had just happened and in the best traditions of keeping hapless suitors on tenterhooks, cuckoo2286 said: "I need to thinkkk."

Fortunately the thinking only took a matter of seconds, when she said, "I thought - and YESSSSSSSSSS."

Cuckoo said afterwards: "I did miss the question, just saw someone say "say yes cuckoo lol", so I did. But it makes no difference, I will say yes."

She added: "Thank you FreeBingo for introducing me to daddybear."
