Mecca Bingo search for a star with 'Mecca's Got Talent'

Mecca Bingo online are very soon to launch a new and exclusive bingo game themed around the successful Britain's Got Talent TV show and to run alongside this online bingo coup the Mecca Bingo land based clubs have launched their own 'Mecca's Got Talent' nationwide search.

To take part all that is required is to fill in an entry form available from any local Mecca Bingo club. All forms must be completed and returned to the club by the 16th May. Each clubs final will take place on Friday 11th June 2010 and will be judged by up to three impartial judges from the local community.

Mecca Bingo are sure that their bingo playing customers have a host of hidden talents and are looking for all sorts of variety acts just like on the TV programme, basically anyone who can get on a stage and keep an audience entertained.

The winning club act will receive a pair of tickets to the live Britain’s Got Talent tour and be invited to compete in a regional semi finals event. Those performers lucky enough to make it through the semi-finals will then compete against other winners from Mecca clubs across the UK in the national finals event.

The finals event will take place on 4th September at Mecca Bingo in the Midlands, with TV’s Lorraine Kelly as host. Lorraine says, “I’m thrilled to be part of Mecca’s talent search. Britain’s Got Talent is a fantastic show and I’m sure Mecca’s Got Talent will be just as exciting and entertaining. Who knows, we might even find the next Susan Boyle!”

The overall winner will receive a £3,000 cash prize and the chance to perform at Wembley Stadium next May during the 2011 Blue Square Premier Play-off.

Dust off your dancing shoes and get down to your local Mecca Bingo club for an entry form.
