Mecca Bingo secures deal with Britain's Got Talent

Two of the most recognisable names in entertainment are coming together to create a new branded online bingo game.

Mecca Bingo.com has announced it has signed an exclusive three-year deal with FremantleMedia Enterprises (FME), making them the official online gaming partner of Britain's Got Talent.

The deal gives meccabingo.com sole rights to use any of the BGT branding, including the distinctive graphics, logo and theme music. This will result in a unique branded online bingo room that will appeal to existing bingo players looking for variety as well as new ones comfortable with the familiar feel.

Commenting on the deal, Angus Nisbet, Director of Gaming for Mecca's parent company Rank Interactive said: “We are very excited to be joining forces with one of the UK’s most successful TV brands, in the first deal of its type for meccabingo.com. This deal will give us exposure to a new audience, including the opportunity to promote meccabingo.com to Britain’s Got Talent fans."

He added: "It will also enable us to enhance our offering to our existing customers. For example we will  be able to give them the opportunity to win some fantastic meccabingo.com prizes including trips to Britain’s Got Talent auditions and live shows.”

Last year's series final was the most watched show on TV in 2009 and we are looking forward to building on that success in 2010  and beyond. Britain's Got Talent is the most popular entertainment show of the last ten years and Mecca Bingo is amongst the most recognisable names in the bingo industry.
