New CEO at NYX Interactive will develop bingo product

Nyx Interactive has in a short time become one of the world's leading independent and total suppliers of systems for digitally distributed gaming entertainment. Online bingo players will be familiar with the bingo software through sites such as Live Bingo.com, Bingon Bingo and Amuso.com.

In addition to online bingo Nyx Interactive is continually developing new gaming system solutions for distribution channels such as the Internet and interactive gaming terminals.

The company is consolidating its position in the market and as previously reported has purchased the Cashball Network this year and now has managed to acquire the services of a top name in the online gaming software industry as its new CEO, David Flynn. The outgoing CEO, Staffan Lindgren, is not leaving the company. Instead he has recently been appointed Director on the board of Nyx Interactive AB and will now have an increased focus on International sales and the best utilisation of the Cashball Ltd. acquisition.

Prior to joining Nyx Interactive in January 2010, Mr. Flynn was Head of Operations at Microgaming and VP, Director of Ongame and Head of Ongame Network, the company which was acquired by bwin in 2006.

New Director of the board, Staffan Lindgren congratulated David Flynn on his appointmen, "We are thrilled to welcome David to his new role. The online bingo software issued by NYX can feel a little alien to bingo players due to the profusion of bingo sites coming onto the market powered by CozyGames, VirtueFusion and DragonFish. However, it is only a matter of time until new bingo sites powered by NYX start hitting the web to become household names.
