Jim Bowen bound for bingo show

Former Bullseye presenter Jim Bowen is set for a return to the small screen to co-host brand new show Celebrity TV Bingo.

The 70-year-old TV favourite will team up with comedy duo Cannon and Ball to help present the show, which is being launched by NetPlay TV plc and will be fronted by Greg Scott.

Viewer will be able to combine online bingo with TV by printing off their own bingo cards downloaded from the internet and marking them off at home whilst watching the show.

The programme will give viewers the chance to win big cash prizes and will be aired every day on Sky Channel 847.

NetPlay TV recently purchased Bingos.com and CEO Martin Higginson is optimistic about the company’s potential to deliver a successful bingo TV show.

He said: “This new TV show is another milestone in our development of our bingo business. Having the likes of Jim Bowen, plus Cannon and Ball will really help us put the bingos.com brand on the map.

“Giving the customer the chance to play bingo from the comfort of their own home with famous celebrities calling out the bingo numbers is yet another first for our business.”
