WB: Tell us a little bit about your site.

Buckingham Bingo Online started in May 2007. Buckingham Bingo, a member of the Bingo Association, operates twelve large flat floor bingo clubs, predominately in the North West of England, Bradford, Peterlee and Corby. There are over 500,000 members of Buckingham Bingo.

WB: What games do you offer?

We have one bingo room at the moment but it’s nice and busy, we usually have well over 200 players for every game so the jackpots are good but you still have a decent chance of winning. We also have slots, scratch-cards and roulette online. It’s Flash so no download required and our ticket price varies to ensure we have something to suit everyone.

WB: What ‘New Player’ incentives do you offer?

Our customers can receive up to £250.00 cash match on their first deposit as well as lots of promotions throughout the year. There are numerous chat games and quizzes played at different times of the day.

WB: What ‘On-going Player’ incentives do you offer?

We email offers to customers as well as sending out branded gifts such as mouse mats, hats, t-shirts, coasters etc.

WB: What deposit methods do you offer?

We accept all major debit and credit cards.

WB: Tell us about your Jackpot games and Progressives.

We operate three main jackpots on our bingo site. The Bonanza can be won on 33 numbers or less and has paid out over £98,000 to a lucky customer in November. In January it was won again at £16,000.

The Golden Jackpot sees £2,000 which can be won on 38 numbers or less and goes approximately once every month.

The Fab 500 jackpot can be won by calling the full house on 42 numbers or less, and gets won at least once most weeks.

WB: What is the largest prize you have ever given away?

The largest prize ever won was £98,000 on the Golden Jackpot. We also had a customer win £20,000 on our Atlantis Gold Fruit Machine in August.

WB: Tell us about your Chat team and the chat games played.

We have various members of the chat team, all of whom are barmy and bingo mad. They never seem to stop talking online to the customers. They play a wide range of exciting chat games, including Guess Who?, I-Spy, Devil's Delight and Birthday Bingo.

WB: Is there anything else you’d like to tell us about your site?

We are committed to providing a quality online bingo service and always want to hear from our customers on how we can improve. We're looking at ways to add more to what we currently have and we expect to make announcements soon.
