Ladbrokes Bingo

This week we chat to the folks behind the only online bingo site that offers players a Who Wants To Be A Millionaire bingo room!

WB: Tell us a little bit about your site.

We launched Ladbrokes Bingo back in April 2006, and we turn two years old this month! 

We started the early days as a networked online bingo site, linking our games with other providers.  As we’ve grown here at Ladbrokes, we’ve been able to become a wholly independent site meaning that our players will win the prizes and they won’t be stolen by other players on another site!

The site is getting busier and busier, and the prize pools are swelling because of it.  We’ve just opened a new room, The Attic, where you can find cheap tickets all the time its open, and increased the opening hours of our other rooms too!  We put the player increases down to the great regular promotions, friendly roomies and the fact that we guarantee every single bingo game prize pool – we’re pretty sure we’re the only site to do this!     

As a company Ladbrokes are a world leader in the gaming market, and are able to bring a whole range of experience to the table when it comes to providing a product that’s right for customers. 

WB: What games do you offer?

We currently offer 90 ball bingo, but we’ll be launching 75 ball shortly too!  You don’t need to download anything and you can just launch the game in a new window when you visit the site.  Easy Peasy!

Bingo games run every two minutes during peak times and the site is open all though the night for the night owls out there!  Ticket prices vary between 5p and £1, and our newly launched Attic room has gone down a storm where it runs cheap games all the time! 

We currently have 4 rooms available at the moment:

• The Lounge – runs 24/7 with a mix of ticket prices and prize pools and is the busiest of our rooms

• The Bedroom – open 14:00-02:00 with a mix of ticket prices and prizes

• The Attic – launched in March 08, the attic is open 17:00-22:30.  This room has all the bargain tickets, with 5p and 15p tickets always on offer!

• Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? Bingo room – We have the sole licence to Who Wants to Be A Millionaire? Bingo - this is the only place you can win a million online at the moment (continuously rather than a one off promotion).  You can do so by getting house in under 17 balls.  The room is open 9.30 - midnight

We also run a ‘link game’ every night at 9pm and 10pm, where the lounge, attic and bedroom combine for one mega game of bingo!  Check out the biggest link games on our Super Saturdays.

Also in the bingo game you’ll find 15 Mini-games part of the application allowing you to play whilst the bingo numbers are being called – so theres no need to miss a thing!  Games include slots, scratchcards and Keno games

WB: What ‘New Player’ incentives do you offer?

We are currently offering a market leading deposit bonus – deposit £10 and spend within 7 days to get £20 free.  Effectively its a 200% deposit match and is proving to be very popular!

WB: What ‘On-going Player’ incentives do you offer?

We run regular promotions including the daily linked games .  Also running are ‘Buy One Get One Free’ Sessions that are hugely popular on Mondays between 11-12pm and  7-8pm

We also run special monthly promotions, which we’ve really stepped up over the past couple of months. 

During April we will be running a couple of promotions.  First up is April showers, where we will be giving away 30 x £10 every day in a prize draw.  All players who purchase over 20 tickets in a day will be entered into that days prize draw.  A total of £9,000 will be given away which means there will be 900 extra winners at Ladbrokesbingo.com!

There will also be a great ‘Penny Drop ‘ promotion running during the third week in April.   From 21st – 26th April they will be running penny games in the Lounge room, with the option to buy a massive 72 tickets per game, giving you even more chances to win!  And what's more they’ve even stamped tasty guaranteed prize pools on each game. £200 from Monday – Wednesday, £300 on Thursday, £400 on Friday finishing with a mega £500 on Saturday.

WB: What deposit methods do you offer?

We’ve tried to make customers' lives as easy as possible here, and that’s demonstrated by the fact that we are the only bingo operator to offer Paypal as a payment method – all the other big bingo operators such as Foxy Bingo, Mecca Bingo, Gala Bingo, Jackpot Joy, William Hill, Sunbingo don’t offer it!

We also accept debit cards (switch, solo, visa, maestro, Delta), credit cards (Mastercard, Vsa), Neteller, Ukash, personal / bankers cheques, money orders and bank wires. 

You can also deposit and manage your account from any Ladbrokes retail outlet if you don’t have access to a bank account.  You can even set limits on how much you would like to spend each day or each week

It would be fair to say we have the most comprehensive range of deposit mechanisms in the market!

WB: Tell us about your Jackpot games and Progressives.

If you win house in 33 balls or under you will trigger our progressive bingo jackpot, which is topped up on a daily basis.  The progressive jackpot can be seen at the top right of the bingo room screen.  We recently ran a promotion where the jackpot was topped up to 50k, and we increased the number of balls hourly until someone won (44 calls was the number it went in).

Link Games

At 21:00 and 22:00 every night of the week, three rooms on the site (Lounge, Bedroom, Attic) all link together to form one big game of bingo.  The prize pools are guaranteed to be the below, but they’re always above this as so many people play!

WB: What is the largest prize you have ever given away?

Our largest winners to date have all come from the 33 ball escalator promotion, although we have had numerous winners of the 38 ball and also at the lower end of the who wants to be a millionaire? prize ladder.

We haven’t made anyone a millionaire yet, but hope to one day!

WB: Tell us about your Chat team and the chat games played.

We have loads of chat games and quizzes going on.  For the quizzes we have the pub quiz in the lounge on Monday night at 8pm, and a celebrity quiz in the lounge at 6pm on a Wednesday.  The quizzes ask 10 questions, with the winner getting £50, second place getting £25 and third getting £10.

The CM’s run a whole host of chat games, too many to list, so suggest you visit the site to find out exactly whats on offer!  You’ll find all the classics such as anagrams, trivia, quotes alongside some more unusual games!

From the 1st April  we’ve doubled our chat prizes from 50p to £1. You'll be able to win extra cash in our great new chat games between 10am til Midday and 3pm to 5pm in the Lounge.
