inappropriate CH chat
The CH and a player chatting was like entering a dating site, the player was asking if he liked her picture he sent. He asked me if I wanted a lover as he was single, I told him I already had a partner, for him to say what about a secret lover then?! I dont know how they are trained, but they must think all UK women have no morals and can use inappropriate personal chat to new players. I wont be back.

Never Again
Please dont get confused with the great 888 ladies and this awful site. Sll the CMs are in India and dont understand most of what you ask. The game play is slow and the software outdated, this is the worst site Ive ever used. The withdrawal rules are 4x the bonus, if you win dont hold your breath waiting to be payed, please take my advice stay well away.

No Support!
In chat a player was allowed to swear, and the CM didnt say anything about it. Took 5 days, yes FIVE, for support to answer me - no apology just told that word would be added to language filer (tut) and then given £5bbs. I told them to stick it and closed my account.
THe site and CMs are based in India, so have no level of support, and minimum use of English, thus the reason you are able to swear on the site! Also found CMs very personal asking me how much I spent on Xmas presents etc - all in all a shocking site - AVOID!!!

Rip off
This site is a complete rip off.
The male cm's are sleazy and quite off putting and the wagering rules are ridiculous.
The bonus may look good but the more you deposit the more you have to spend before you can withdraw
Cant believe you have got it as one of top sites!!

Beware Of The Withdrawal Rules!
This could be a really good site, its easy to use, great games but it has some ridiculous withdraw rules. You have to deposit a minimum of £25 and wager 4 times the bonus you get so thats approx £60 pounds!!!!
The CH's arnt that helpful. When one player started questioning these rules the CH was more interseted in shutting them up so as a riot didnt start in the room because many players were unaware of these rules.
I wont be playing at this site again.
