not bad but didn't float my boat lol
First I must say Bet365 no longer give any no deposit bonus, although they do give a 200% bonus on your 1st deposit, minimum £10. Its not a bad site, although the CM in the room I entered only wanted to chat with existing players and ignored me more than once, but a player did answer all my questions. For me, first impressions count, and the one I got was fairly bad.

Very rude CM
I joined on Wednesday morning and entered what seemed the most popular room. I got greeted by a very rude and unpleasant CM who offered no help whatsoever, she seemed more keen to get people to vote for her as opposed to chatting and answering questions. Went to another room and found the CM lovely and helpful who delt with my query there and then. This hasnt put me off as I found the site really good fun, and the prizes were really good which I liked. Just that one particular CM let an otherwise excellent site down.

Cant rate it enough
Just can rate this site enough, from the support to the excellent pay outs, I just cant get enough. Told all my friends about this site and they love it too. You rock my bingo world Bet 365! Keep up the good work!

Play with Bet 365
After playing almost all online bingo sites. I would strongly recommend this one. The jackpots are excellent, with free bing from monday to thursday everyweek and ongoing deposit offers. I personally have won a substantial amount of money from Bet365 and even when Im not winning the chat rooms and thrill of playing are enough to keep me coming back for more.

Lovely people
Joined on Tuesday - my birthday and what a present I got! Support was outstanding who explained wagering to me in laymans terms so well done on that score.I found most of the CMs to be really fun and friendly, though one particular CM kept posting about voting for her which I wasnt too keen about.
Other than that I found the site very classy with exceptional support staff. Im hooked and will for sure be back.
