Not bad
Bet365 Bingo is a pretty good site from one of the biggest names in gambling online.
I found the CMs really nice, but sadly seem to take a lot of flack and abuse from players,and I don't like the way they over promote things as it can be off putting to say the least.
I found live help rude, dismissive and totally unhelpful and end the chat when issues are not even resolved!!!
There are too many rooms offering more or less the same thing which can be confusing.
There does tend to be the same winners constantly which causes animosity between players.
All in all an OK site if they got rid of their live help.

worst yet!
Wow spent some money at Bet365 Bingo and was not in the least impressed....the room I was in, had an average of 250 players, but with the winners you thought there was only 5 players. Hours I spent in this club and only to see people moaning in rooms about the same things......same name winners...tut tut

Just ok
Bet354 is only abn ok site. CMs can be rude, Support useless. Site is quick to take your money, not so eager to pay out if you win. Better sites about.

not bad but didn't float my boat lol
First I must say Bet365 no longer give any no deposit bonus, although they do give a 200% bonus on your 1st deposit, minimum £10. Its not a bad site, although the CM in the room I entered only wanted to chat with existing players and ignored me more than once, but a player did answer all my questions. For me, first impressions count, and the one I got was fairly bad.

Very rude CM
I joined on Wednesday morning and entered what seemed the most popular room. I got greeted by a very rude and unpleasant CM who offered no help whatsoever, she seemed more keen to get people to vote for her as opposed to chatting and answering questions. Went to another room and found the CM lovely and helpful who delt with my query there and then. This hasnt put me off as I found the site really good fun, and the prizes were really good which I liked. Just that one particular CM let an otherwise excellent site down.
