I found the CMs really nice, but sadly seem to take a lot of flack and abuse from players,and I don't like the way they over promote things as it can be off putting to say the least. I found live help rude, dismissive and totally unhelpful and end the chat when issues are not even resolved!!! There are too many rooms offering more or less the same thing which can be confusing. There does tend to be the same winners constantly which causes animosity between players. All in all an OK site if they got rid of their live help.
