They should clearly write on their instructions "in lower case" Sounds petty but that has totally put me off going back there. At the end of the day they are the to moderate and try and keep the players playing the game! I hope they are individual commission and she continues to push other players away!! I would like to point out that prior to this in another room the CM was very welcoming! | ||

This has just became a greedy money grabbing site who don't care about the players, its just sell, sell, sell, constantly and I won't be returning, in fact I doubt anyone else will once they realize they need to turn over a whopping 100 pounds on the welcome bonus before they can touch a single penny. For a big name that sponsors a soap programme they should hang their greedy heads in shame! | ||

I agree the CM's do a great job, but CS needs some actual training in customer service!!

I agree not impressed at all! I signed up to this site some years ago and out of the blue I received a email offering me £10 bonus. I thought I would give it a try on bingo. However, I contacted support who then tell me I had to deposit money which was not stated in email. So I did? On playing bingo, I was then invited to join free bingo the day after at 20 hundred hours. The following day after losing money, I thought I would give it a go! To find that I could not access it. I contacted support again and was told that I needed to deposit money again. What a joke? The site is not user friendly and I would not recommend anyone to use site. Please see my recommend sites.
