| I have played at various bingo sites and usually left because it seems impossible to win, and I then find myself realising what I have spent and feel really annoyed with myself. I tried Bet365 and the new look of the site is very good I think. However the support team are very blunt and quite rude in my experience of dealing with them. I have not even won 1p in the time I have been playing, and therefore leaving. I didn't realise it was a wager type site until I had joined, and this does put me off. You have to accrue £100 it seems before you can touch any winnings. That would take me forever because I never ever win even the smallest amount. | |||

| I will never play on this site ever again!! The CM in the room I was in was very rude!!! I'm new to online bingo so don't really understand the rules and jargon. In this one particular room I was in at bet365 Bingo they were doing a promotion during the game. The CM wrote that the third person to write "DOUBLE and whatever the first double number to be called would win a £1 bonus. So I thought I would participate. Only when the double number came out i surely wrote DOUBLE... I then got slated for writing in caps and she voided the promotion because of this. I apologised because I didn't understand the rules and continued to write to her but she just ignored me! She kept talking to the regulars. I think it's absolutely disgusting that newbees are treated this way! Unfortunately I am not a psychic and I just typed the word as she did IN CAPS! They should clearly write on their instructions "in lower case" Sounds petty but that has totally put me off going back there. At the end of the day they are the to moderate and try and keep the players playing the game! I hope they are individual commission and she continues to push other players away!! I would like to point out that prior to this in another room the CM was very welcoming! | |||

| I personally used to love bey365 Bingo and the hosts. I've not won much, but the daytime hosts kept me coming back. However over the past 6 months I have noticed they seem to constantly push promotions and I find that very off-putting and have decided I won't be logging in anymore. The moderators have became sales people as they seem to integrate the promos into every bit of chat they can so they are constantly in your face. Only certain players (big spenders) receive a reload bonus which gives others little incentive to return. The big money rooms are just jam packed with moaners who think its their right to win. The UK 75 ball room is dominated by 5 certain players who whinge and moan constantly - and don't dare win more than 2 games or they gang up on you! All their bonus's have large wagers and they make it seem you are getting a great deal when really you have to wager high amounts of money before it can be withdrawn. Believe it or not they even have a 4x wager on the occasional free 1.00 they give you!!! This has just became a greedy money grabbing site who don't care about the players, its just sell, sell, sell, constantly and I won't be returning, in fact I doubt anyone else will once they realize they need to turn over a whopping 100 pounds on the welcome bonus before they can touch a single penny. For a big name that sponsors a soap programme they should hang their greedy heads in shame! | |||

| I triedbet365 Bingo and as its a virtue fusion site, I saw a lot of the same winners but I'm used to that, but what got me is that I was playing in the deal or no deal 75 room and two players were pally with the CM and both joked they wanted a win, sure enough, the very next game they both won. For me personaly I found this too much of a coincidence and closed my account. I played through my deposit and bonus then deposited another tenner, so a total of 45 quid, i won the grand amount of 69p. I always leave a site when it's like that as I feel it sets the tone for how its going to be. You have to have funds in your account to play free bingo???? I thought it was free.Ii wouldn't recommend this site, nigh on impossible to win and I don't like the fact that you have to deposit to play free bingo. However, as with every site, you may have a better experience than me, so give it a go but keep in mind the negatives I've pointed out. | |||

| Bet365 Bingo has dull graphics and monotone caller and who employed the live help on this site?? They are totally unhelpful and the most unfriendly team I have ever met in my 6 years in online bingo! When they don't/can't resolve your issue they just terminate the chat anyway! Half have no idea about any of the promotions or wagering and just cut you off dead! Can't fault the CMs though, they work hard and do their best, but sometimes live help/C.S help is needed and they give the impression they couldn't give a damn. Big name, big TV advertising campaign, but sorry Bet365 your CS team have let you down dramatically! | |||

Mecca Bingo
Mecca Bingo may have been around for 50 years in one form or another, but its offer is as fresh today as it was when it first launched on to the high street all those years ago. Play on land, online or on mobile, but if you have to make one choice for bingo make it the WhichBingo Site of the Month for May, Mecca Bingo.
