Great site
Have played most bingo sites but always go back to Bingo Scotland. Unlike most sites you dont have to win bingo games to win cg points. Good cgs. Forum comps seem to be a problem, management taking ages to award points. But they are a bonus most sites dont offer.

one CM ruins it
There is once specific CM that ruins the site for all, she is rude and nasty. The support are useless. On the other hand the other cms I did meet were ok. I wont be back though as I prefer nice staff when spending my hard earned cash!

Bingo Scotland
First can I say that the Cm's on this site are fantastic, but they do not get enough support from the management or help support team, who seem to chop and change jackpots when it suits. They give very poor excuses or none at all as to why or even when problems will be sorted. To top it all if you post anything about what they are up to on there forum, the player gets banned and the post gets deleated.
Customer service is at a very all time low and new managers should be brought in that can give good customer service. They sould be looking after there customers not banning them for speaking up for the mast majority of players that just want to know what has happened to moneys deposited towards these jackpots. Yours, a very very dissatisfide player.

Poor
The managers that so called run this site need a few tips on customer care. Instead of trying to hide things and remove posts from the forum, deal with the problem. The CMs and roomies are fantastic on Bingo Scotland its just a shame about all the managers on this site.

its went downhill
Yes the players and the cms on this site are fantastic! However what really lets this site down is the non existing support from the management. They suffer from lets stick our heads in the sand and it will go away syndrome.
