Fun site
I have been a member of BingoCafe for about a month and find it friendly and easy to use.
There are different cost tickets, from 1c up to $1 and I have had both lucky and unlucky days. Will return soon, when they have a bonus deposit day.

The tortose of bingo sites
I found the CM and players didnt want to know me when I joined. I typed 'hi' to everyone twice and not a responce from anyone. Also the prize money is unreal, 20+ players and a £4-6 jackpot?. The game play is so slow you can fall asleep for 10mins wake up and its still the same game as when you nodded off.

Expensive tickets unfriendly players & hard to win!
Got to admit I do love the 3D avatars, and its fun walking around and chatting to people, but it is very difficult to win on there. I have deposited loads of time and have won twice. The pots are very low despite how many people are playing and the tickets can be very pricey, even at 2am in the morning.
The CM's ignore you for the regular players and in general people are not too friendly or chatty and tend to ignore you. Its a really cool way to play and all, but I won't be visiting or depositing there on a regular basis.

Love it
Have been a member for over 3 weeks now and still playing on free bonus! Original site with interesting avatars! Gimmicky but so much fun! Love this site! Will deffo be back if my BBs ever run out! lol
