For months now I have reached Diamond level and recently the last level Platinum. I have contacted them numerous times to receive either gift or voucher to no avail. They do not respond and trying to talk to the CHost about this is a waste of time. I am now beginning to see the cons they really are! They have not even responded to my request to close my account.
