This is a great site, I have played on it regularly for over a year now. The bonuses etc are fantastic and the prize money can be good at times, particularly in the pound room, but, the site is a big big fan of same winners. I have played on most of the other sites out there and they all have their constant winners but I have to say that Bingomania seem to outdo other sites where this is concerned, prompting me to wonder the validity of some of these players. The CM's are friendly, however a couple of them are rather clique and do have their favourites and quite often are busy doing other things instead of paying attention to the room. They have a blog on the site which is supposed to be for the players to air their views and ask any questions, and when they first launched the blog, that is exactly what players were able to do. The blog was run by the site owner and he always made sure that all posts were addressed, but they seem to have had a staffing restructure at Mania recently and the blog is now run by a rather over zealous CM and nothing gets through on the blog now, whatever players post on there is kept back until it has been reviewed by this CM. If the post is something they dont want to answer, it gets removed, many players have posted simple and harmless blogs, only to have them removed. To summarise the site, I have to say that it started out as the best online bingo site around, but lately it is no longer as good, and no longer listens to its players so much. Recommended if you want good extras for your money and excellent bonuses but apart from that, its a pretty standard site now and no different from any other which is such a shame.
