The blog was run by the site owner and he always made sure that all posts were addressed, but they seem to have had a staffing restructure at Mania recently and the blog is now run by a rather over zealous CM and nothing gets through on the blog now, whatever players post on there is kept back until it has been reviewed by this CM. If the post is something they dont want to answer, it gets removed, many players have posted simple and harmless blogs, only to have them removed. To summarise the site, I have to say that it started out as the best online bingo site around, but lately it is no longer as good, and no longer listens to its players so much. Recommended if you want good extras for your money and excellent bonuses but apart from that, its a pretty standard site now and no different from any other which is such a shame. | ||

However, I would still recommend it to anybody for its fair play etc. This is one site that does actually listen to its members. | ||
