Claire from London is right.This site do not care.I have been with Cheeky Bingo for 2 years. 5 months ago I won 9 cheeky mugs on a promotional weekend, mugs still not received. 3 months ago I won a cheeky mouse on lucky dip promotion STILL NOT RECEIVED.This site has since done the same lucky dip promotion even though they have not sent the prizes out for the first one.I have now been in touch with Brigend trading standards.These are not free promotions cost me £20 deposit to win 9 mugs I have yet to receive.What a joke no wonder It is called cheeky bingo lol

You do receive your free mug etc. but it takes a while (which is understandable as they had 1000s of those cheeky mug games so lots of mugs to send out). I am still receiving free mugs.I have 3 so far (sent out weeks apart).
