I love Gina Bingo. A friendly, well organised, nicely designed site. Free £10 no deposit bonus plus another fiver if you 'like' the site on Facebook. Have deposited, but didnt win enough to make a withdrawal but still think they deserve a mention!! Will definitely make another deposit when I can afford it!!

I joined Gina Bingo when it opened at 1st and I couldn't sing the praises highly enough. I won and cashed out with no problems and cheque was with me within a week I thought I would return recently to have a look. HUGE disappointment. Rooms were quiet, pots were poor, hosts hardly spoke. Seems they are reluctant to pay out now going by the other reviews. Shame as it was a good site at the start

Gina bingo is the worst site I have played on. The people in the chat rooms swear a lot and the CM is not even bothered. I joined Gina Bingo 2 weeks ago and played with the free £10. I then won a few games of bingo so my balance was £79. I went to withdraw the winnings, but fair enough, I got an email saying I had to deposit money before I could withdraw. I deposited £10, played for a little bit and then went to withdraw £50 (which the site state should be the minimum). It took me a long time to find all the banking information they ask for. Then I received an email saying I could not withdraw any money as I had not met the wagering requirements. I asked how much I had to spend before I could actually withdraw funds - here is a copy of the email I received back: Dear Kris, Thank you for your reply but the wagering requirement is 15 times the cash won before funding. At the time of your first deposit you had a cash balance of £79.66 (won on free bbs) therefore you have to wager £1194.90 before withdrawing. Kind Regards Accounting Department What can I say???? Apart from WOW - Totally Gobsmacked!!!! Oh, and since I complained, my chat facility was muted, even though I never spoke about my issue in the chat rooms, and I have not won anything :(

Hi Kris. It is a shame that this occurred, but is a good example of why we encourage everyone to read terms and conditions when they join a new site and to always make a small deposit even when taking advantage of the free bonus money. This situation is covered in the Gina Ts&Cs - "Accounts that have not been funded cannot request a withdrawal on any winnings won prior to the account being funded. If funding takes place after a win, the initial win amount won prior to funding must be wagered 15x before any withdrawal can take place. In cases where an account has been funded prior to a win there are NO wagering requirements." We love the fact that as a general rule at this site depositors do not incur ANY wagering restrictions.

I joined up at Gina Bingo, received a £10 bonus, played a lot, won a few times and then went to withdraw my winnings. I got an email several days later stating I could not withdraw winnings as I had not deposited any money. I was almost certain that I had, as I had been given the extra £25 bonus to play with. I deposited a further £10 and made sure I did a screen print to prove I had made a deposit. I went to withdraw my winnings, but received another email stating I could not withdraw anything as the winnings had been won on the bonus money. My total balance at the time was £120. They stated I had to abide by the t&c's and play 22 or 25 times the amount of my initial deposit before I could withdraw. I then played for a few hours, winning some, losing some, until my balance had gone down to £50 - I made a withdrawal which was very difficult as all the information they required was not to hand - iban numbers, swift codes, name and address and phone number of my bank etc. I eventually provided all the information and my withdrawal appeared to go through. It said I would lose any remaining bonus money. An hour later I got another email stating that I was not allowed to withdraw my winnings as yet again the winnings had been accumulated by using the bonus funds. How can this be? I deposited £10 and won a few times on the bingo and then won and lost on the slots. It will be interesting to know if anybody has ever been able to withdraw anything from Gina Bingo. I play on a lot of sites and have never experienced anything like it. Also there were people in the bingo chat who were swearing a lot and when I won twice in a row I was insulted and cursed at. The chat host did not care about the vile comments and the bad language that was going off. I would give this site a miss, it is hard to navigate around the site, you get logged out a lot and there are only a few rooms to play in and the winnings are very poor too.

I first joined Gina Bingo when it opened and it was really great. I was very lucky and had some wee wins (albeit small) but they kept me playing for ages. I had not been on in ages as I was saving for my hols, so I logged on today and boy, did I get a shock. I deposited £50 and headed to my fave room. WTH has happened here? I have never been insulted as much on a bingo site in all my bingoing years. The players are in a clique and were the most unfriendliest bunch ever. I had a few wins and I was virtually berated and bullied. They were saying things like, 'flippin' newbies again', ' let the regulars win' (excuse me, I thought I was). I was particularly bullied by two players. They were so abusive, it was disgusting. They made me feel so awful when I won and I did not enjoy my time back there. What made the whole experience even worse is that the CM did nothing to stop it. She actually had the gall to PM me and ask if I would just ignore them. That was the final straw. Gina Bingo used to be well known for it's bingo etiquette. Sadly that has fallen by the wayside...I have now closed my account and I won't be back!!!!
