I came across Harrys Bingo by web search about 3 months ago and was excited from the moment I joined. They gave me money to play with just for regesting an account, I was delighted to find once I had made my first deposit (no need for credit card with this site) that I was able to enjoy lively chat with the lovely CHs. Every CH is there for all players to have a laugh with, its like a big family, with lovely members as well. Within 1 week I found I was playing comps all the time as Harrys run comps every week and are different and exciting new and refreshing games. I won jewellery from famous stores, I won wine sent though the post and I won onsite games that run over days. The fun at Harrys is endless, you get exciting bonuses on all deposits and can keep you playing for hours after your cash may have run out. I found the live help to be second to none, there is always someone there to help explain things in simple terms and the site is so easy to navigate. They have really exciting fruit machine, on which I have won hundreds of pounds since I joined. If you are a bingo head then harrys is the bingo site for you. | ||

i really like this bingo site, all ch representatives are always willing and able to help any requests or queries we have. i am always made to feel welcome from everyone and it is also good to have someone to talk to who does not know you personally. when i feel down someone is always there to cheer me up and the atmosphere is always brilliant. definately recomend to my friends this site. lh are always there when you need them very rarely do you have to submit a ticket.

The site has the same format, graphics and games as numerous others, but the withdrawal rules as previously mentioned are more than a little biased towards the site. It is very difficult to get any money out if you are lucky enough to win any. The loyalty is not very good either, only goes to 5,000 points then stops, so no matter how much you play after that, which does not take long to get to, goes unrewarded. Lastly, and mainly, is the hosts and support (both the same as they do both jobs, a lot of the time together leaving the chat rooms unattended so chat games get suspended!). Unfortunately, English is not the first language of the hosts, and so it is always a struggle to try and get our point of view across and to get the staff to actually understand what we actually mean, and this causes a lot of upset, it gets frustrating to both players and staff! If a site is run as being British, why not have British staff to run it!! | ||
