I was enticed to House of Bingo by emails (I wondered how they got my email address). It turns out I had joined one of their other sites, Tea Time Bingo (which is just as bad). Anyways, to cut a LONG story short, I deposited £10 and I was given 200 bonus points (which is about £20) to play with as well. I did not win ONCE - it was the same players time and time again - who did not even appear to be actually on the site as they were not in the chat rooms. I think 31 players were meant to have been playing, but only a few were actually chatting and nobody was winning. I decided to try my luck on the slots - Oh Dear - bad move - it was a minimum of 5p per line and there were 20 or 25 lines on each machine. I wagered £1 bets and got 2 bonus's which paid less than £1 each time. I went back to bingo, but was only able to play in 1 room as they stated I was not a "funded" player. Nobody seemed to win. The support people were of no use whatsoever. Nobody won in the room I was in, everybody was complaining and asking where the winners were as it was meant to be a local room and not a linked room. I felt really suspicious and the chat host was not bothered and just kept telling us all to deposit more money and begging people not to leave.

I joined House of Bingo because of good bonus - big mistake. It did state if u won bingo on free money you couldn't withdraw - that's fair. What isn't is that they don't tell you that if you only depo £10 and win you still can't withdraw. It gets worse. I won £43.00 and tried to withdraw £40. Message says min withdraw £50.00. So I play on a few games on and I win again. I now have over £70.00 and try to draw £50.00. Message again saying haven't deposited £25.00 real money. In my book it is real money I won off my £10.00, not free bonus money. Also when they emailed me to tell me about the site they don't tell you to deposit £25.00 before you can withdraw cash, nor does it say withdrawal £50.00 minimum - it only says depo £10 get £20 free. When I contacted them all they could say - it's in withdrawal rules. Lesson - don't deposit until you know the rules because they don't tell you up front. I find this misleading and unfair.

After playing at House of Bingo for about a month, I requested a withdrawal of 200, although I was paid this amount, next time I deposited I discovered they had stopped me getting the bonus money. On requesting why I was told I was abusing the system ha ha ha, and I needed to wager £480 for my deposit on casino and had in fact actually wagered around 7,000, so how is this abusing the system. This is also the 2nd time I have came across this with a chelbis company. I then went to e-mail the maltese gaming licence about their unfair behaviour only to discover the addy on their website does not exist. My advice would be to stay clear of any chelbis company bingo site as it seems they are all the same.

I have played many bingo sites and I got to say this is a good site to play on, but don't expect to withdraw. The withdrawal process is very poor and the support is very poor. Would not recommend this site to any of my friends as there are far better bingo sites out there to play on with better options.

I joined House of Bingo, deposited then left my money in there as the staff made me feel uncomfortable. The hosts seemed sleazy and speaking inappropriately to me, offering to be my boyfriend! There is being nice to players, but there is over stepping the mark. I understand they are all based overseas. They need to learn not all UK females have low morals. VERY bad initial impression that made me decide to never return to House of Bingo.
