They talk to each other as though they know them, cms only talk to some players, same names appear on another site too so I think they alternate on a monthly basis from what I have noticed.

Totally agree..CMs and some players are tight and don't talk to anyone else..just get ignored when you try to chat and yes, it's the same old winners all the time. Unfriendly site and unless you're in the in crowd not much chance of winning.
