Absolutely, I joined, deposited £15 + the £20 sign up bonus, tha'ts £35 in bingo tickets and won nothing - not a good encouragement to keep playing. I keep getting promotional material, but after spending £35 on tickets & not one win, nothing would induce me to go back.

Had same problem - just constant lag and freezing. Bingo very hard to buy and when I did manage to buy 10 20 30 or more, not one win. Same winners as usual. Won on slots and when I withdrew some of winnings, the rest dissappeared. When I complained they said I never wagered enough. Worst site I have been on.
