A few of the chat hosts hardly spoke and there was one that was constantly in your face. He wasn't a chat companion he was a blatant attention seeking pest! He really did think he was the big ticket and smarming with the women, that was enough to put me off. I left the remaining free bonus in my account. They are welcome to it.

Had a similar experience, wanted to withdraw £30, three weeks later no winnings. I tried emailing, no response. even tried a chat room, no response. Its hard enough to win the minimum withdrawal amount of £30 and when you do its either moneybookers or netteller, neither of which I have so I opted for a money order. I wish I had read the above comment before depositing.

As per my previous post above, this player has not contacted us directly as they would have been given the correct information. Here at Ritzy Bingo we do not charge you a single penny to use any of a Deposit Methods. However, some deposit options that players choose to use may have a charge to load a third party account.
