What a down turn.
Since the merger this site has turned into a disappointment. Tickets are more expensive and they have smaller pots. The CM's are unresponsive and don't chat. This used to be the most friendliest site, but not now. The same names seem to win most games whilst I sit forever on 1 tg. I suppose if you can afford to max all games you may win. Save your money for elsewhere. Chat games seem to be aimed at the '.com' time difference and all are over 2 hours. I will be leaving soon which is very sad as I have made loads of friends but won't waste money this way.

Oh No
My favourite little bingo site is soon to be merging with lots of others, making it into a big site with far too many people playing. None of us want this, but the powers that be dont want to listen to us. Not only that, they got rid of the only CM that remained from the start and no one has told us why. Let us keep our site the way it is and give us back our CMs.

One big happy family
I have been on this site for about 18 months now and its the best site around. I have tried so many different sites in the past but I always come back to Ruby. The CMs and players are fantastic, its like one big happy family. Chat games are fab and so easy to play, even if your a blonde like me lol. I agree that there are other sites out there but my opinion is stick to what you know best, RUBY BINGO RULES and thats a fact...

Rude Rude Rude!
Have not a clue why I bothered joining this site. One of the CM's is rude and only chats to regulars. The players are cliquey and highly hostile, dont think they actually care about new potential depositors!
I should have taken heed of the reviews on here, but wanted to find out for myself. Horrid nasty place that, I can assure you, will NOT be getting my hard earned cash.

I cannot believe it
I cannot believe a player would have the audacity to suggest a previous review was possibly left by the CM who had left. Having read the latest newsletters I can see that it appears to be the same winners of all the promotions. I have recently joined the site but will not return when my money has gone as there seems to be some bad feelings and a lot of technical problems.
