What a let down

What can I say they take your money like all other bingo sites, but when it comes to resolving an issue they are very slow and unsympathetic. I had a problem when a win I had didn't pay out, and when I queried it they said the cards that played on my screen were not the cards that I played. Very untrustworthy, and what chance do you stand when you want to argue the point, we were only talking about a couple of pounds, they demostrated very bad customer care.
