Software Changes
An excellent site which has now been spoilt by the introduction of terrible new sofware, resulting in a lot of technical problems. Chat screen is now static and small, colours are too bright and in my mind it's all a disaster. I feel the software providers should have consulted players on what they like prior to these changes. I for one am not playing as much on this site now and have noticed the number of players has dropped so site is losing out.

Well about time Betfred made it number one and well done to Lancey, you deserve it as do they all. A great site with great prize money and bonuses. Great CHs and a chat that is second to none, Only problem about this site is.....if you visit you won't want to leave!

Guess I played at a different Betfred Bingo site
Well I guess I must have played at a different site than the other comments on here. I didn't feel included in the chat and I felt like there was a clique of players that all were the CHs fave players. Same winners won the big speed JPs every night. The money too is low for the amount of players paying and the chat games too are old and boring. May go back if I have nothing better to do.

Simply the best
I would give this site 10 stars if I could instead of 5 for each category. I have had a few personal problems and have found that a certain CH on this site has gone out of her way to make sure I am ok and is always there to lend me her shoulder to cry on. The playability is fantastic with 1p, 5p and 9p games. I have never known an online site, much less a gambling site that provides such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Always ready to explain things and always eager to help. I love you betfred xx

ADICTIVE
I just have to go back for more, the CHs are brilliant, jade is so funny, her and jasmine are both mad. The sexy Lance (the bingo stud) keeps me up all night, great chat games and bonuses. I am addicted. Thank you to all of you for making a dreadful time in my life a lot better.
