Stubbled on an oasis
I cant say the site is the easiest to use but oh boy this chat team is outstanding. I came for a quick look and ended up staying hours, sometimes even forgetting cards for games on end. There is a 90 ball and a 75 ball room that I spent hours jumping between. CH Jasmine welcomed me, explained the site and what was happening. Jade next door is just as silly. I think I have a few more ch's to meet but I already feel one of the family. Nothing was too much trouble for the ch team and if I had to score the team it would be an A*. WTG betfred you should be proud of these guys, they realy are a class on their own.

new software not good
The old site was better, it was very homely and I felt it gave us all a place to look forward to. But now it has changed graffics etc and it is no good, its like being on other sites that have no atmosphere. Im very dissapointed they changed, I think I will move shortly to another site that offers what im looking for.

Betfred and his 108 cards fiasco
I used to play this site all the time until they changed the software, in all fairness I did win on this site but the games have got so ridiculous with the same named winners it makes you wonder if the games are actually random, the prize money is not that spectacular either, and you have to buy far to many cards i think it is 108 now, before you even get down to nearing a win. I think Betfred have tried to mend something that was not broken.

Software Changes
An excellent site which has now been spoilt by the introduction of terrible new sofware, resulting in a lot of technical problems. Chat screen is now static and small, colours are too bright and in my mind it's all a disaster. I feel the software providers should have consulted players on what they like prior to these changes. I for one am not playing as much on this site now and have noticed the number of players has dropped so site is losing out.

Well about time Betfred made it number one and well done to Lancey, you deserve it as do they all. A great site with great prize money and bonuses. Great CHs and a chat that is second to none, Only problem about this site is.....if you visit you won't want to leave!
