Bad to Worse

I have played on this site for a long time now but am getting more and more disillusioned by it. The same players win a lot and constantly moan if they don't win for a few games. Now we have players becoming CMs and ex CMs becoming players and winning lots, which in my opinion shouldn't be allowed. The evening chat games are run over 2 hours which means if you don't get a win then you dont last to end for the BBs. Its going from bad to worse, don't think i will be playing there much longer.
