They dont like you to win

What a pity, I liked the site, except the CMs were quite ignorant. I was never welcomed into a room and when I asked a question, I got ignored... The last straw was when I won and tried to bank winnings, I was asked to send proof of a card that wasn't used to deposit anymore, and wasn't even valid and had been destroyed. Well Bingos, I am afraid I wont be using this site anymore, nor will my family and friends. Its a BIG thumbs down.
