Get Minted Bingo User Review

Reasonable game but poor service

Registration is easy and relatively quick, and adding funds is straightforward with plenty of card options. Navigation is simple, though perhaps a little too basic - finding the games themselves is easy, but anything else requires quite a search.

When depositing funds, users are given the option of having their deposit doubled. This is worth taking for the recreational player, though it will restrict withdrawal options later.

The interface itself takes the form of a flash popup without unnecessary frills. Depending on site traffic, up to four 'rooms' are available, though each room contains the same rotating cycle of games and card prices. Games are played on a 5x5 grid, with numbers 1-75 arranged on the five columns.

Cards range from 10p to £1, with a maximum purchase per player per game of 24 cards, and the games vary from a full house and single lines to letters of the alphabet and pyramids. Manual and automatic marking options are provided, along with an easy-to-see '3 to go, 2 to go, 1 to go' graphic displayed alongside cards which are close to a full house. Additional promotions are also provided, including an accumulating 'diamond' game with particular requirements to qualify for the main prize.

On the service side, unfortunately, a promising site is let down. Despite one 'host' per room, their input is limited to pre-written, automated messages and occasional wishes of good luck. The novice player will find little assistance unless a fellow player explains how to use the site.

Contacting the site in the event of a problem is also made difficult by the lack of displayed contact details. A single 'service' email address is provided, with no telephone number or postal address to be found, and no mention of a parent company or head office.

The replies from the service department vary in quality, with some automated responses and some personal replies - this seems to depend on site traffic volumes. As with most such departments, some operators will look into the query and others will simply reply without doing so. Further responses are returned to a shared inbox, so correspondance with a single advisor is impossible and can lead to confusion.
