NEED NETELLER 2 WITHDRAW, RUDE CHAT HOSTS, POOR CSERVICE
Nice layout, but has a poor feel to it. Customer service is slow on responding or don't reply back at all. The Chat hosts on there are extremly rude, catty, unhelpful and totally unproffesional. They will ignore you quite easily for a regular player. Tickets are very expensive and the payouts are very low, despite how many people are playing. They let you deposit via your card but your can't withdraw without a neteller account. Its expensive to use neteller and they charge you for receiving your winnings. Talk about winning made difficult, don't recommend and I certainley won't be back.

Prizes not worth playing for
Although this site does have good chat games and chat BBs, the moment you withdraw they are taken from your account. The customer service is poor and I believe accounts consists of one person who only seems to do withdraws once a week. If you email accounts you very rarely get a response and if you do, you will find that you have to wait a couple of weeks. The prize money on Desperatewives is one of the lowest on the net and never changes, regardless of how many people play or how much tickets are. £7 in the main room and £5 in the second room. Not really worth playing for, especially when even at the times the tickets prices are 15p, 20p etc, the prize money remains at £7 and £5.

Great fun
I love this site from the graphics to the music and the friendly people. I was made to feel at home as soon as I joined. You get loads of bonus money and even consolation prizes if you don't win (random people in play). After a week of playing and depositing a couple of £20s I had a big win so please give this site a go as I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Need more support
The site and Cm's are brill. It's not until you try to withdraw that the problems start. There is no contact number for support. They don't tell you to fill out a contract for you debit card until you have applied to withdraw, although it states that withdraws only take up to 72 hours, I infact waited 2 weeks, and am still waiting now. I wouldn't recommend anyone use this site unless they are using Neteller to stop complications when withdrawing money. Other than the withdrawel problem - the site is fun!
