Don't play on this site. They dont give you money back. Tried to cash £100 and has vanished. Rang support twice and no joy.

Fruitbingo customer services are shared amongst other bingo providers as they have a greater knowledge of the technical issues and should in theory deal with them more efficiently. Fruitbingo can be emailed directly to dave@fruitbingo.com and this query and complaint was settled within hours of me being aware and measures have been put in place to ensure this sort of problem does not arise again. It is important to note that we did pay this winner out and many sites now face a delay in receiving withdrawels from time to time because of ID requests and security which is there to protect you the customer.
