Promises to refund players within 24 hours. Nine days later and still no refund. Four emails sent, three phone calls and all you get is the same story - 'the techies are looking into the problem'. I find this very poor. They are quick enough to take your money. Twenty-odd pounds down I am. Not very happy with Wink Bingo. If no refund is given, I will be contacting the gaming board.

I created a new Account on Wink Bingo at the end of May 2008
I deposited £10 on 31st May and it said on the website there was an error and to re-try. I checked my Bank Statement and Aquapay had taken the £10 from my Account. I contacted Wink Bingo on at least 6 occasions and was told to visit my Bank and get the Authorisation code which I provided to them. Everytime I contact their support they have not got a clue at what they are doing and are now 17 days later asking for a Copy of my Bank Statement before they will send the money back to me. The site and support are an absolete joke and would recommend that other people do not deposit money as it appears to leave your Bank but not connect with your account.
