Withdrawals at bingo palace.co.uk

I have been playing at bingopalace for nearly a year. I think it is a good and fair site...my only gripe is when you make a withdrawl they only process it once a week and in that time you can ask for it to be put back in your account, bit by bit if you want....obviously if you are having a run of bad luck thats what you do and i think thats what BP want you to do. Why cant they do the same as other sites where funds are back in your acccount within 3/5 days.
