Rude Rude Rude!
Have not a clue why I bothered joining this site. One of the CM's is rude and only chats to regulars. The players are cliquey and highly hostile, dont think they actually care about new potential depositors!
I should have taken heed of the reviews on here, but wanted to find out for myself. Horrid nasty place that, I can assure you, will NOT be getting my hard earned cash.

I cannot believe it
I cannot believe a player would have the audacity to suggest a previous review was possibly left by the CM who had left. Having read the latest newsletters I can see that it appears to be the same winners of all the promotions. I have recently joined the site but will not return when my money has gone as there seems to be some bad feelings and a lot of technical problems.

Oh No! Another of my fave CMs just left
I have played at Ruby for over 12 months now and I can't believe the way it goes through CMs. Now another of my fave CMs has left. My main worry is that a CM left and joined as a player, then came back as a CM. Hmmmmm? I don't think players should be able to become CMs. It looks like there is some unrest behind the scenes with the chat hosts and this is spilling out into chat. I've only got one CM left that I love, please CM Kim don't leave us. I used to love the site and would hear no wrong about it but now I don't know what to think and I hardly ever go on. It's just not the same as it was before April. Sour grapes maybe but you have to admit it's just not the same.

Ruby Is Far From Rubbish
After reading the above reviews I disagree with everything that is said, there is some very sour grapes at the moment due to a certain chat master leaving and these reviews have been made by this person and close players to this chat master and there is no need to go this far. The site did have some technical difficulties at one stage but dont they all have problems - Ruby are not alone!! And I totally disagree with the comments made on same players winning all the time aswell becuase, as a player, I have seen a variety of different players winning. It's never the same winner, and I think Ruby have some good promotions running at the moment and a chance for regular players to win BBs and keep them playing at the site. I think you players who have commented have a lot of sour grapes and Ruby is best off with out you there!!

Can it get worse? I can't see how.
Where do I start? Promotions are now rubbish with BBs going to most bought, most won etc. So small players like myself stand no chance and the newsletter can't take much to compile as it's the same names and winners week after week with big BBs. Chat games never change now and are often played over two hours so unless you are lucky enough to get a win to continue playing, you don't get final bbs. One top player seems to think she owns the site and recently two top CMs resigned. What does that say? Support never directly answer any questions, just fluff about. Many players moan if they don't win for a few games, a lot of names not seen for ages suddenly pop up as oocs winners for a few hours and not seen again for weeks. When players type number they need they mysteriously are the next number out, doesn't work for me tho. lol. My advice - steer clear.
