Can it get worse? I can't see how.
Where do I start? Promotions are now rubbish with BBs going to most bought, most won etc. So small players like myself stand no chance and the newsletter can't take much to compile as it's the same names and winners week after week with big BBs. Chat games never change now and are often played over two hours so unless you are lucky enough to get a win to continue playing, you don't get final bbs. One top player seems to think she owns the site and recently two top CMs resigned. What does that say? Support never directly answer any questions, just fluff about. Many players moan if they don't win for a few games, a lot of names not seen for ages suddenly pop up as oocs winners for a few hours and not seen again for weeks. When players type number they need they mysteriously are the next number out, doesn't work for me tho. lol. My advice - steer clear.

Unhelpful
Joined briefly and found CM to be unfriendly and unhelpful and not willing to help on obtaining bonus or how to get the site in UK pounds as opposed to dollars. Site graphics were disapointing and support was non exsistent. Won't return, I assure you.

What a circus!
Having played on this site for a long time when at least we all stood an equal chance of a small win in the last few months there have been many changes and it seems to be the same winners all the time who actually have the cheek to moan if they don't win for a few games. Also it used to be fun winning CGs and getting a small BBs, but now the system has changed so that players who buy most cards, who win most bingos etc, get large BBs or hard cash. I would not recommend this site to anyone now. In fact I hardly play now and am seriously thinking of leaving for good. There are many technical problems so that winners number comes up instead of name so we don't know who has won. Winnings aren't being credited and winners of new 10pm game are always the same people, as the other reviewer states. Seem to be new CMs all the time too, who don't stay long.

No third chance
I had left Ruby a few months ago but thought I would give it another try. What a mistake. When someone wins a number comes up so players don't know who has won. If you are lucky enough to win you don't get paid out for days. Chat games are rubbish and the few BBs that are paid out go to bingo winners only. The new 10pm game is won by same players almost every night. The chat hosts are good but seem to change weekly. I wont be giving this site a third chance. Rubbish!

Downhill, not the word
I just read the downhill from Sean. I have been a player on this site since it became a pay site, but i'm not anymore. This site went from excellent to lower than worse. Chat games are so hard to win, and all extra BBs winning is given to bingo winners. Which is the same again and again. And if you have the luck to win a bingo, you don't get your money, because there is a problem with the pay out, so you have to wait a week to get your winnings, and support don't answer. So goodbye Ruby, it was nice knowing you.
