There were a lot of repeat winners within the hour and of course, this was picked up by other players, but as soon as anybody mentioned anything they were scolded and warned to stop saying negative things. I sent a complaint to Sky Bingo regarding the hostile host, but I have been told that the CM's are not employed by Sky - that was it, no apology and no other explanation. | ||

Just go to live help, and f they don't have the knowledge to deal with your query/problem they close your live help session and inform you they are about to do so. Had the exact same problem on another site with same format and was resolved in 2 mins - on this one was cut off on live help and 3 weeks later still haven't had my missing deposit returned despite copy/pasting neteller reciepts via email and live help. Bunch of rude, inadequate staff that haven't a clue. They can keep my missing money and spend it on staff training.Don't even bother with this site. | ||
