Desperately in need of a major shake up
Think Bingo has gone from one of the best online sites to one of the worst. Upgrades are constantly being done which make it impossible for some people to play their tickets having paid for them. Customer service has gone downhill with emails/webforms and forum questions constantly being ignored by management. Newbies arent welcomed by a few longer standing members/players which makes the rooms/forum unpleasant at times. CMs do a great job and pre-buy games are a great idea with good prizemoney.
All in all Think is a good enough site to play, would be a lot better though if they could quit with all the upgrades and concentrate on putting issues right instead.

Whats happened??
This used to be one of the best on the net. Whats gone wrong? Site seems to crash every 5 mins! Money is taken but games don't play! Management don't answer emails!

90 ball 75 ball
OK, I joined this site and I love 90-ball, so off I went into the chat room - mistake. There were only 15 playing, yet the CM on duty failed to see I was a newbie, which put me off big time. Roomies were having a nap too, lol. I was not going to bother continuing playing this site, but joined the 75-ball room, OMG what a joy. The CM there was fantastic and roomies too. Loved the spiders and bats etc that were shown by the CM, brill, I will deffo be back but avoid the CM that clearly is not bothered about new members.
