Think Bingo has gone from one of the best online sites to one of the worst. Upgrades are constantly being done which make it impossible for some people to play their tickets having paid for them. Customer service has gone downhill with emails/webforms and forum questions constantly being ignored by management. Newbies arent welcomed by a few longer standing members/players which makes the rooms/forum unpleasant at times. CMs do a great job and pre-buy games are a great idea with good prizemoney. All in all Think is a good enough site to play, would be a lot better though if they could quit with all the upgrades and concentrate on putting issues right instead.
