Support is poor as its either Email or phone where no one answers, but on the other token it has some of the best CHs out there. Norman is a decent bloke that keeps his cool and is friendly and Vanessa is just a nutty bird! We want to see more of ya Ness! Good site with good money.

Don't value their customers

William Hill don't offer a good suppport system, you have to email them for advise and then wait up to three days. They also offer no loyalty bonus on bingo only casino games.
