Zoom bingo is a great bingo site. You get £10 no deposit bonus to try the site, then you get all your deposit bonuses as well. The cms are all friendly and welcoming.

I joined Zoom Bingo soon after it launched in February. It's a very friendly site and I made lots of friends there. I have had quite a few withdrawals in the past, but on several occasions they have said that I have not met wagering when I know I have more than met it. The wagering for casino games is 12 times deposit plus bonus and actually, that is very reasonable as their slots pay out far more than any other site I've been on.

My last dispute over wagering was at the beginning of October when I had to wager £528 to meet their requirement. I finally lost all my money and apparently still hadn't met wagering but I know I had wagered £1200+. I requested my gaming logs and then they kept me hanging on for 5 weeks and I still never received them. During this time a pending withdrawal was put on hold while my account was supposedly under investigation. I was eventually emailed by the manager who said that everything was ok with my account...hmmm. I didn't receive my logs either and I was told that they would process my withdrawal as soon as I'd said that everything was ok. I said that I wouldn't be held to ransom over my withdrawal and that I wasn't happy about the way I had been treated. To this day, I still haven't received my gaming logs so they clearly are not being honest with me.

During this time many other players were complaining that they hadn't received their withdrawal money. Zoom are constantly doing this to players, including me on several occasions in the past. One occasion for me was a bank wire payment that supposedly went missing. It took them 2 months to finally pay me that. As Zoom will only process one withdrawal a week, if they mess it up and you have more to withdraw the following week, it has to stay in your account until the previous one has been processed....hmmm and their maximum withdrawal is £250 a week which is far lower than other site.

I persevered with Zoom for a long time because I made loads of friends there and I liked their slots and it was a fun site to play on but in the end I had to close my account. To summarise...Zoom seem to be a very generous site with their bonuses and BBs but they don't want to payout when you win.

I won at Zoom Bingo 2 weeks ago with my own money not bonus money - 500 pounds on slots. Then the trouble began. First it was going 2 my account and sent all details Monday past. Then they decided they wanted my bank details and £500.00 was put back in 2 account. Zoom Bingo is a good site as long as u dont want to withdraw. I have had 2 spend my winnings as I don't give my bank details 2 any 1. Been on the site four days and not won any more. They don't have phone number so u can talk 2 them - fishy.

Thought Zoom Bingo was brilliant site to play on until you want to withdraw, thats when the problems start. Decided to withdraw £70 on a Tuesday then the following Monday another £50. Just after the second one I get an email saying the money has been returned to your account you need to email your passport and proof of address to withdraw but because monday has gone you have to wait till following Monday to withdraw so that money you wanted to withdraw is sat back in your account. Then suddenly you don't win a penny. I maxed every game and won loads until I wanted to withdraw. Suddenly you don't win a penny and all your money is gone. Loads of people having problems with withdrawing. Funny you never have a problem depositing!!!!
