I joined Bingo Britain and its sister site the palaces and deposited 125.00 - they then closed both accounts saying that I had self excluded back in 2012. I asked for my deposits back and I have heard nothing back. They ignore all my emails I have written to the gambling commission who are looking into this. My advise is avoid.
  2. Wasn't sure about bingo Britain at first, but after playing for a few weeks i began to know the site and enjoy the games. I found that you can win a lot but you can lose a lot as well due to the fact they have a lot of tickets to purchase for each game so it can eat your money if you don't win. I recommend this site to anyone willing to give it a go.

After browsing the 'whichbingo' site looking for a new place to play, I thought I'd try 'Bingo Britain'. Yesterday afternoon, I created an account and proceeded to make a deposit. The deposit page was selected and I chose the amount as £20 and pressed submit expecting to get the page requesting all my banking details to complete the deposit. Instead i got an error message requesting age verification which i found very strange as my birth year as entered in my personal sign-up profile was and is 1961. I contacted them using their own live-help chat box and was told that the system sometimes does that. I was then asked to send photo ID as proof of identity. I did send this immediately. 4 hours later and having heard nothing, I logged out and went to bed. At noon today i received an email from Bingo Britain, from a person called Patrick Duffy who invited me to call him and to give him all my details over the telephone. I didn't now feel like proceeding as I didn't think this was being handled in a correct and secure manner. I replied to Mr Duffy's email "thanks but no thanks; I'll try elsewhere'.. minutes later Mr Duffy replied to me, "Hi There is no need to be rude so I think our site is better without you so your account will be disabled. Have a good life." ..... So, my very brief visit to Bingo Britain doesn't allow me to review their actual bingo, but this provides an insight into their customer service.

not the best customer service, however as a member i know that patrick is the site owner although unless your a member you wouldnt know, patrick runs his site well and looks after his players, its a pity that never happened on this occasion

Don't bother registering with bingo britain, the site is cheap and your chances of winning are nil. the same people win all the time and even with max tickets you can't win. The site needs a review as it's very unfair. Wish i never bothered.

Never have I been so amazed at such a useless site. Bingo Britain has two rooms to choose from and same winners everytime with the occasional exception. The free bingo room what a joke 1p one line 2p two line 3p full house DONT GO THERE..............

There is something very suspicious about Bingo Britain in my opnion. I deposited a first deposit of £10.00 followed by another deposit of £10.00...I did not have any wins with my deposits. However, I then qualified for the deposit bonus which is £5.00 a day for one month!!..sounds great eh? I played my £5.00 every day for a month and what I observed beggers belief...there were about half a dozen names who were on this site day and night and if one of them wasn't winning then another one was. If anyone moaned or questioned this they were told that these were "maxers" - players buying max tickets..at £10.00 a time!!!!! Somehow I dont think so! (a full house is around £15.00 to £20.00)...I have to say that I did have several wins with my bonus however, you are not allowed to withdraw anything below £50.00...and surprise, surprise I never won anything above that. There is a jackpot called "patricks pot" which can be won in 50 numbers or less and I saw this won several times by the same names. I am of the opinion that this site needs to be reviewed by the gaming commission and it is my intention to bring it to their attention asap.

Have to disagree with a few of these comments I love Bingo Britain think it is a cracking wee site and I challenge anyone to find a 1st deposit bonus that comes anywhere near (£150 for a £10 deposit!!!). Full house money can be much greater than £15-£20 depending on the time of day you play (ie in the evenings) with pots of up to £100. There are also 3 big money games played every day - (£2000-£5000 prize money). I have played on many bingo sites with complicated wagering requirements and very slow processing times for withdrawals but in all honesty I don't think you will find a site that is as quick and uncomplicated as this one. I think APC55 has just had bad luck when playing on the site and/or played at a quieter time of day. I would recommend this site - its fab.

I've been on the sister site for years and this new site is great. Better quality and good fun CMs, very helpful. Love it there. Worth giving a try out.
