        I registered with this site 27/2/17, made a couple of deposits and continued playing through my welcome bonus only to have my account blocked halfway through a game. They claim they need ID verification. Do not play on this site, they should NOT be able to take your money and then request this, it should be done when you register. I have never been asked for verification on any of the sites I am registered with, even when making big withdrawals. This is so wrong.

        We think that our wagering is very competitive - in fact, if you look around other sites, you will be hard pushed to find one with less wagering and conditions on unlocking funds from bonus. x10 is actually extremely low :)
        Plus our wagering on deposit bonus is only x4 - we try and keep it as low as possible, with terms as simple as possible - to ensure you truly have a proper chance of withdrawing funds from bonus.

        I play lots of bigger sites, but Bright Bingo is the most honest site I've played. I play bingo and slots at same time and in all other bingo sites you never win bingo, only small amount on slots, but Bright bingo is different.
        I feel it's cheap and very cheerful site where you actually have a chance of a win that's what makes them special and different from bigger named sites.

        I play Bright Bingo always now as I'm a big depositor, but this bingo is fair and honest and yeah ive won done withdrawals with no consequences as I'm still treated fairly, ie I win same as anyone, feel it's the first true site for bingo and slots.

        I find Bright Bingo good and fair....I enjoy the games and the players are friendly. However, my favourite times to play are when the Chat hosts are not working, simply because I find them quite annoying and sometimes quite pressurable.
        For instance, as soon as you enter a room they are on to you .... firing questions. On many occasions ive missed tickets for games as you feel obliged to answer. Surely thats not good for the site. i thought the object was to get players to spend. At least let them get into the room and settled, hence the reason i barely chat and go on auto now. When you do need help they take forever to reply....hahaha. From one extreme to the other, this is why i like it when they go off duty...no pressure.

        Quite a few players have voiced the same opinion & a couple i know of have left the site. For me its about the bingo & games and less about the chat, i pay to play not chat.

        I joined Bright Bingo many months ago. I won a few times when I joined, but in the the last 2 or 3 months I have lost so much money it is an absolute nightmare! I cannot win a thing and have been plunged into debt even though I have been extremely loyal to this site. They have changed so many things for the worst, ie bonus cannot be played in jackpot games etc. I really hate this site today because I cannot win no matter what I play. Had good friends here which is a shame. Far too greedy!!!! It's time to give up!!!

        Hi im kevin200168. I love Bright Bingo. the chat hosts are friendly and knowledgable. the site has made a large number of major changes over the last few months. some were quite good but the majority are to the players detriment.
        i have to say im becoming quite annoyed with changes as the players are losing out. one of my biggest peeves is that Bright bingo only has 2 status games per week once we reach yellow levels. a number players have asked for additional status games at the higher levels say red or/and pink. hopefully this can be remedied.

        username DEBSYXX........When I received my bank statement I saw that bright bingo was taking 11.00 pound out my account instead of 10.00 that I had depoised, went to live help he said they understand that there was a problem eh huh did they contact me NO, how many people have this happened to ?.Then I enter a bonus code deposit but no bonus.
        I am with a few sites and when there is a problem they treat you like a customer and rectify it ......I received no compensation for them taking extra out of bank, no email and he couldn't put bonus code on automatically. ha ha sure. WELL DONE bright bingo

        I was a very loyal member on Bright Bingo for a long time. At first I had a few wins thinking I'd finally found an honest bingo site. I talked to some really nice friends and the ch's were very nice. A few months down the line I could not win anything no matter if I played maximum cards or not. Some of my lovely friends left because they too were not winning. Same players seem to win all the time and no I am not imagining it.

        Everything changed for the worse on this site. Deposit bonus was removed and loyalty bonus meant you had absolutely no chance of wagering. I miss the friends made here, but nothing else!

        Thank you for your review. Unfortunately the 'same winners' comment is par for the course for any online bingo site, but it is simply not the case. Fixing games so that the winners are those who spend the most/buy the most/play the most is unethical and immoral and is not something we agree with in any way. We are fully licensed, and all of our games are run fairly and true via an independently-approved RNG. This ensures random results.



        Things change from time to time as we grow and improve, and the bonus structure was adapted. However, wagering is still very low at x2 and x10 and bonus is usable in standard and select special rooms. We are also very generous with our chances to earn bonus and extra.

        We are very happy to hear you made friends in our sociable and supportive environment and look forward to seeing you in the rooms again one day.

        I agree Linnielew. They stopped sending me deposit codes and free codes like every other member gets and when I asked why they said "because we can". They don't reply to e-mails and have blocked me from Live Help.

        Total disgrace and all the other members are as confused as me as to why they done this, I have lost loads at Blackjack AND Bingo, seems they take personal dislikes to members, which is not what any gambling site should do!! They done the very same with their sister site which I have been a member for years...LOYALTY? pffft

        I have been a member of Bright Bingo from the start and it is a great bingo site from the choice of rooms, daily free games and jackpots, I cant fault the bingo at all, but........(there had to be a but!) in the last few weeks the chat rooms seem to of taken a nosedive!

        There is a handful of players who own the rooms and it is difficult to get involved in chat if you are not part of this "posse". Another issue I have is players who continually break the chat rules by being nasty or complaining constantly etc. One player recently had a message from the host about their awful behaviour and then the host promptly apologised for sending the message! I feel the fun has gone from the chat rooms and a couple of the hosts are frankly quite boring.

        I joined Bright Bingo today at approx 10.30 this morning (16th july),and i closed my account at 7pm the same day! I was so dissapointed! i just wish i took more notice of some of reviews. I deposited 15 pounds which gave me another 45 pounds, so 60 pounds in total which was good, and only x2 wager, which is also good.

        Then though, when you play with bonus money and new, you are restricted to one room only and to my amazement there was only 7 players and so we were playing for 69 pence a line and 1.32 a house!! All the other so called jackpot rooms were CASH only and as i only won a couple of pounds as prize money was so bad I never had cash to try them.

        Also nobody chats and if you are new it is so isolating and really was not made welcoming at all!

        I went to live help and politely said id like to close my account as i want a site where i could win more than 69 pence a line and for more players, chat etc. I was told if i hang around till 10pm that nite, keep playing in this room with 8 players, i might build enough money to try the whole. I'm sorry, but if you are new and trying a site for 1st time, then surely when you deposit and get your bonus funds, then you want to try out whole site.

        I noticed live help were quite uncaring ,as at end of day they made 15 pounds out of me. Maybe in couple of years time if this site attracts more players I might come back just to see if things changed, but if you want my advice,stay clear and go for the bigger and better advertised sites, where you CAN explore whole of site and win more than 69 pence a line!! ..good luck all.xx

        Hi and thank you for your review. We are pleased you enjoyed our low wagering requirements and bonuses to begin with.



        It is correct that not all rooms allow bonus play. You state that you were playing early in the morning so of course lower pots would be expected than in the evening high-traffic times. However, as you closed your account so quickly after opening, you would not have been able to experience this fully.



        Our rooms are always bustling with chat and our hosts work hard to make all new players feel welcome. Again, allowing a bit longer of a time to experience this would have shown it for you.



        You indeed did come to live help where upon your points were answered. You were not told to hang round until 10pm, but that that is when the jackpot room with bonus money could be played. You were not told to keep playing in a room with 8 players to build enough money. We are unsure as to why you found our live help uncaring. All of your concerns were answered in a timely manner, and your follow-up request about card security was also answered in full.



        If you had allowed longer than a couple of hours for your account to be live, you would have been able to experience a more-rounded Bright Bingo experience as we have lots of big money games in the schedule.

I'm sorry, but if you join a bingo site and the prize money is that low throughout the day, you just do not want to stayaround.and as i said, when i join a site i like to explore the whole bingo site, not restricted to such an awful room.

        As i said,no one spoke, i was not made to feel welcome and im sure if you read on, there are MANY unhappy customers. Thank you for YOUR reply, but i did find live help very wooden, the prize money awful during those 8 hours, not at ALL welcoming and i will stick to the bigger and better sites where they DO welcome new members and offer a bigger prizes and where i can use my bonus on all the site and not restrict me to one awful room.
