Deposited and played through my £10 on bingo. Didn’t receive any bonus emailed support to be told my account on hold until they received ID and proof of address. There is no live help so each time I was having to wait up till 24-48hours for reply. I sent in ID to be told a week later after depositing and promised I would get my welcome bonus when I emailed in relevant documents, that my account had been adjusted and was fine to play again, only to log in to find still no welcome bonus. My account has not been updated nor my welcome bonus added!

What gives them the right to take people’s money without giving them the bonus, and to supply all documents they required, to still have ur account on hold. I’ve always liked virtue fusion sites and I am a VIP on most, but this is terrible! No player should have to beg and plead to be able to play on a site and for the welcome bonus that was promised. Surely it’s not legal for a site to take ur money without warning then sanction it after u spent ur deposit! Shocking experience so far beware!

Absolutely shocking site. I have had a few withdrawals pending now for half a month. This is due to the fact that it took multiple days for me to realise they hadnt processed and i had to go onto live chat to find out it was due to them needing more information from me, which i then sent them.
It takes them 4 days to actually bother to go through this info and then they dont let you know whether the information is okay or not. 3 times now i have had to go onto live chat to find out they need more information from me and then each time i send that information its another 4 days until i am forced to go back onto live chat and find out what is happening.
I am still yet to receive my withdrawals and the people you speak to on live chat couldnt care less. Feels at this point like they are trying anything to keep my money. Dont waste your time or money its honestly the most shocking site i have ever played on.

This site is an absolute joke I wouldn’t recommend it at all. It’s always the same people that win over and over again. I never came close to winning at all. They sure know how to make you spend your money. Terrible site.

I joined Deal or No Deal Bingo about 2 months ago and what a joke this site is. I played mainly in the deal or no deal room and I have played on hundreds of sites and never seen so many of the same winners. It’s that bad you just know the names of by heart. I would not recommend this site to anyone unless you want to waste your money. I spent £600 in that room and never won once – there is something defo wrong there. When I complained they said the players by max tickets, RUBBISH – so did I. I witnessed so many people close their accounts on a daily basis. Avoid this one.

I’d be interested to know if you continued your winning streak or if you lost it all once you had been on the site for a while? It’s dead easy to win when you first join.

My advice is to try this one out and then if you win withdraw and leave this site. I had a couple of wins when first joining (surprise surprise) but can’t win a thing now. A lot of “same winners” despite there being over 100 players.

I hate to complain about “same winners” but it’s just what I observed and I only play for an hour or less when I’m on so to see the same name/s pop up over and over in nearly every game is infuriating. Makes me want to go elsewhere when I’m throwing money away maxing out 25p and 50p games and winning nothing. Plenty of 1tgs but my numbers never come up unlike when I first joined.

Deal or No Deal bingo is one of my favourites for bingo (I play slots a lot), as the payouts are of a decent level.
Graphics are good and never had any tech problems with them.
One of the better bingo sites

I joined this site 3 months ago and hardly managed to win a penny. Sum total won in 3 months – £18!
One player on this site in particular winning hundreds of pounds every day despite the number of people playing the game. They say it is a carefully regulated game but I have my doubts. Someone should check this site. It has been noticed on other bingo sites too as this is a linked game.
I would not recommend this site to anyone. You would be better spending your money at the local bingo club, you would have more chance of winning!

I agree, it’s the whole network that is set up to make you win if you are a newbie. I’m having to quit bingo now as I just can’t afford to put money on and lose lose lose. I just want to play knowing I stand a chance of winning and I will admit at the start I won far more than statistically likely but now nothing. I do enjoy bingo or rather DID but now it’s more like I’m pulling my hair out having lost yet more money and lined the pockets of a select few (probably newbies who will put it all back on again). Well good luck everyone and don’t spend all your winnings!

I went back over a long absence due to the promotioanal material, wish I hadn’t bothered. I’ve removed myself from the list. very hard to win, except if you are the lucky person mentioned in the above review. Often wonder when I see this if the people are real.

Tried this game cos I love the TV show – went to the ‘Red Box Club’, which is a mix between DOND and Bingo. You play for a one then two lines then a full house. Whilst the game plays, there are 24 boxes at the back, each with a bingo ball number on the front. If the number is called it is opened to sho the amount inside, which is then deleted from the list of prizes like on the TV show. The winner in the bingo game then gets ‘offered’ an figure by the banker, on the game screen. The cool bit comes next when the rest of the players get to vote whether the winner should take the money, or not. The amount of money depends on what’s left in the boxes. I have not yet got to make the choice, as I haven’t won yet, but this is a really fun game to play. It gets a thumbs up from me.
