Been a customer for over 2 years never asked for ID made a withdrawal of £3650 and now they want ID all been sent still dragging there feet with the withdrawal and now they have blocked my account they are in breach of licence condition 17 -customer identity verification hopefully they see this review and process my winnings

Terrible, when you win they are reluctant to pay out, asked for ID surely a passport is sufficient, but no they will ask for more and more documents. Coming up for 3 weeks now still no pay out, takes 5 days to reply to an email really bad service, other sites pay out in days and do there checks before.

Quite possibly the worst site I have ever used .. bonuses are rare and poor results when you get one .. payouts on this site are robbery !! I wouldn’t recommend anybody register with this site.. one thing I have found is you won’t win on a game first time round but return a few days later and you may get a bonus that hardly pays .. not worth the money .. gambling is supposed to be fun but being robbed isn’t fun ..

Please get rid of so many non-UK based hosts. They simply do not understand enough English to keep control of a chat room. There are players who constantly complain, are rude to other players, complaining about not winning and making the whole experience unenjoyable as the hosts just response with LOL, as they do not understand what is being said! Mecca Bingo and The Sun Bingo survive because majority of their hosts are English and can fully understand the conversations to be able to engage properly with players. 888 has slowly taken control of many bingo sites and all of them have had a decline in players and full houses prizes because you are only employing non-english speaking hosts. This is not a complaint, more a suggestion! I love many of the 888 sites but they are declining dramatically because of the host situation!!

One of the better sites to play bit longer for paying out though but the reverse withdrawal is not an option once you have withdrawn which is a good thing also the forfeit of any bonuses are lost which I don't see the point in should be allowed to keep those.
